Final Days of The 365 Project – Year 2

All year, for the second year in a row, I’ve been taking a photo-a-day. Here is the culmination of my 365 Project with the final shots from the last week of the year!

Super in love with my new ED by Ellen “Animal Intarsia Crewneck Sweater.” Even better, with my lax dress code at work, I can wear it whenever I feel like it!

Now 40% Off! (After I take the tags off, of course)

Have you ever shipped something to an Amazon Locker instead of your home or office? I just did for my first time and it’s quite neat! Once your item arrives at the locker of your choice, you receive an email with a code and have 5 days to pick it up. Bring the code to the Amazon Locker and scan it on the computer. The locker with your package will automatically open. Remove package. Close locker. Done!

I picked mine up at a local Hilton hotel, so it was decorated as such.

Cheers, everyone!

Wrong glass, I know! And not much of a grand finale!

And that’s a wrap!! After 2 consecutive years of documenting my life with a photo every day, I have decided not to continue on with that project for a third year (but I’m not done with the blog!). I’m happy that I didn’t place as many restrictions on myself for this second year as I did with the first, and I loved documenting our time in Korea, but for 2016, I don’t want to take pictures just because I need one for the day. I want to take pictures because I want to and give myself the time to experiment with some creative techniques.

So, to where is The Daily Snap headed in 2016? I resolve to participate in The Daily Post’s Weekly Photo Challenge more frequently, and start participating in other photo challenges as well. I also want to take my tripod on more local excursions. 2016 is going to be about quality over quantity. We’ll see how else it develops along the way!

  1. Sad to see you go….I’ll miss your wonderful photos and all of you great descriptions. You have been one of the best “posters and photographers” I’ve ever followed. By-By.
